Shipping & Processing Policy

Once your order is placed, we aim to have it packed and shipped within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Please note that shipping and delivery timelines begin once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, not when your order is placed or a tracking number is generated.

We appreciate your patience as our fulfillment team works to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

Backordered Items

Standard processing and shipping timelines do not apply to backordered items. Please review the product description before purchasing to check whether an item is on backorder and to see any estimated shipping timelines.

For organizational purposes, shipping labels for backordered items may be created and printed in advance at our fulfillment center. Receiving a tracking number does not necessarily mean your order has shipped. Tracking information will update once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
